How We Are Responding to Coronavirus
To keep our clients, families and communities safe, we are updating you on how we are responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Here’s what you need to know. (Last updated March 16, 2020)
- As is our standard operating procedure, we have taken steps to thoroughly clean the office. To take this one step further, we will be keeping bleach wipes on hand to wipe down door knobs and surfaces after each client.
- We will also offer hand sanitizer to anyone visiting the office and encourage them to use it.
- We are making phone or video call sessions available to our clients if they would prefer that to meeting in person.We will be using HIPAA-compliant systems to ensure privacy.
- We ask that our clients consider rescheduling if they are ill or anyone in their household is ill to reduce risk of spreading germs. Keep in mind we can still meet via phone or video call.
