Insurance
I currently accept Seton Health Plan, Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas PPO, and Worker’s Compensation insurance. If you have other insurance, I am happy to provide an itemized statement so that you can be reimbursed for my services as an out-of-network provider. You’ll need to check with your insurance company for specifics about their out-of-network coverage.
Those who wish to receive services without insurance are also welcomed. I accept both cash and checks.
Assessment
Fees for testing vary depending on the purpose of the testing and which tests will be used. In general, all assessments include an initial clinical interview and specific tests that give more information about your presenting concern. Depending on your preference, you may choose to have a feedback session where we can discuss the results, so you have the knowledge you need to move forward.
Psychotherapy
Individual (adult/adolescent) – $150 per 50 minute session.
There is also an additional charge for the initial interview, which varies depending on the length of time it takes, usually between $165 and $185.
